A model in a fluid black draped garment against a pale studio wall, monochrome editorial.

Discipline

Monochrome essentials, made to be kept.

Production

Limited runs, finished by hand.

Origin

Designed in Cape Town.

Full-length monochrome study of a draped black garment with soft gathered fabric.

The House

Form reduced to its essence.

Daremposh begins with the silhouettes of traditional Arabic dress: the drape, the flow, the quiet authority of covered form. Those shapes are stripped back to a modern language of two colours.

No noise, no season-chasing. Only weight, proportion, and the way fabric moves. Pieces meant to outlast the year they were made in.

The Atelier

01

Sourced

Natural fibres chosen for weight and drape before anything else. The hand of the cloth decides the cut.

02

Cut

Patterns drawn from traditional dress, re-proportioned for a contemporary body and a monochrome wardrobe.

03

Finished

Assembled in small runs and inspected by hand, so each piece leaves the atelier the way it was drawn.

Wide monochrome editorial: a model in flowing black against an expanse of pale concrete.

First Collection

A study, before the store opens.
